Where does the event take place?

Petrolheadonism Underground takes place in the Underground Car Parks just next to Wembley Stadium - taking over Green North, Green South, Pink Upper and Pink Lower Car Parks.

Pink - South Way, Wembley Park, HA9 0HX

Green - Canada Way, Wembley Park, HA9 0SG

 

Travelling by car?

Wembley has great public transport connections, but if you prefer to drive please remember - Street parking is a ‘no-no’ and avoid ‘pop-up’ car parks

Do I need to pay the congestion charge or ULEZ?

Wembley Park sits outside of the congestion charge and ULEZ zones, so unless you are travelling through London as part of your journey, you will not need to pay.  You can check the areas covered by using the map HERE

 

Travelling by train?

The closest tube station is Wembley Park - when you leave the station, head towards Wembley Stadium on Olympic Way and look for the Petrolheadonism banners and marshalls which will lead you to the Green Car Park - HA9 0SG

When is the event open?

On Saturday the event is open between 10.30am - 5.30pm

On Sunday the event is open between 10.30am - 4.30pm

 

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event areas are hard standing and there will be accessible facilities on site.

 

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes, all attendees aged 10 and over must have a ticket.

When you arrive, head to WRISTBAND EXCHANGE and your tickets will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband. 

You will need to keep your wristband on to get access throughout the day.

 

Where can I buy a ticket?

Child, adult, weekend and single day tickets are available through our website, with spectator tickets HERE and showcar tickets HERE

 

How do I register for a showcar ticket?

Head to the showcar section of our website HERE to register your showcar and purchase your ticket.

 

Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?

Yes, you can buy a ticket on the day - but they are subject to availability and they will be more expensive than tickets purchased in advance. 

Head to our ticketing page here or go to Wristband Exchange when you arrive on the day.

 

Is the event suitable for children?

Yes, Petrolheadonism Underground is a family friendly event, and children are more than welcome to attend. Child tickets are available for those aged 10-15 years, children aged 9 or under can attend for free..

 

Do I need to book a meet and greet ticket in advance?

Yes, all the meet & greets are limited, so please book your place in advance. Information for the meet & greets and tickets can be found HERE

 

Is it all undercover?

The car parks are all underground, with the exception of Pink Upper which is open air.

Pink and Green Car Parks are a short walk from each other - follow the Petrolheadonism banners or ask marshalls for directions.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink, but there will be lots of fantastic food and drink options available that you won’t want to miss out on!

 

Is food and drink available to buy at the event?

Yes, there will be plenty of food and drink available, catering to a wide range of dietary requirements - head to the food area on ‘South Way’ between the Pink and Green Car Park.  There will be a fully licensed bar in Pink Lower and Green Car Park.

 

Is there a cash point on site, do I need cash or can I pay by card?

There is no cash point or ATM on site, but many are available nearby in Wembley Park.. All traders on site will take card payment, and some may take cash too.

 

Are there toilets available?

There will be plenty of toilets available on site, including accessible facilities.

 

Can I take photos of the show?

Yes, and don’t forget to tag us on our socials. 

Drones are not permitted.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, you may bring your dog to Petrolheadonism Underground. They must be kept on a lead and under control at all times - and please clear up after them!

 

I can’t find my ticket - can you resend it?

We suggest you initially check your spam / junk mail, all tickets are sent to the email you provided as e-tickets and some do unfortunately end up in junk folders.
